HONZON GETSUREI HŌYŌ 本尊月例法要
Monthly Saturday meetings at 1pm – practice:
Once a month there is a dharma meeting with Seishin at Shikando (Hythe, near Southampton) in which we recite gongyo and focus on elements of the practice. These meetings are available via zoom and in person.

GETSUREI HŌYŌ 月例法要
Monthly Friday meetings at 7.30pm – study:
Once a month there is a dharma meeting via zoom in which we recite gongyo and discuss elements of the dharma. These meetings are available via zoom only.

ZAZEN SHIKAN KAI 坐禅止観会
Bi-weekly meditation meetings:
These meetings are currently on hold.
